Cesare: “Your eyes…you no longer walk on air.”
I just convinced my best friend of watching The Borgias, after showing her this picture.
;)
Oh my Lordie.
*Obviously this scene is one of my favorites. I love Lucrezia’s character and her heart. Cesare feeling guilty and concerned. Them being complete opposites as shown in the scene. I am not even going to mention the whole light/darkness thing.
*My poor innocent baby learning how to kiss. So far so good.
*Then she learns the deal with her mother. Her once again broken heart. This episode was all bout Lucrezia hurtin.
*Juan…I have no words for him. Looking for “vulgar enough” plays to book for her sister’s wedding. He can’t help it though, creepiness runs in the family.
* Cesare and his “death” quotations. Careful babe, your psycho’s showing.
Juan: You’ll totally bang our sister.
Cesare: …
Cesare admiring Lucrezia and hating his brother in law at the same time, as well as hating his job. and his gown. and his hat.
You know Cesare is done with this shit when he is too fast and furious to capture.
Finally rebelling Cesare brings his mom to his beloved and upset sister’s wedding. Both for her and his mother’s happiness. Also he is rebelling to Pope.
“Bring it on bitch.”
He blinks at Lucrezia. With both eyes. Adorable badass is adorable.
*THE DANCE AND THE CUTE CONVERSATION AND ANGST MIXED AND CONCEALED WITH EVERYTHING AND UNDER THOSE GRACEFUL MOVES.
DJKFNDSKGE
And then the angst shows itself and Cesare just stands there while Lucrezia goes to dance with her mother.
Then the squidward faced creature appears and Cesare is all “OH HAI THERE FUGLY DISTRACTION”
Meanwhile Luc. and mommy are being all lovey dovey.and after Cesare is done flirting with the creature…
(Seriously, she looks like she is about to bite his neck any moment soon. All life is drained from her face! Look at her. FUGLY and CREEPY ERJBGJER)
And of course Cesare gets to meet Mr. Fugly.Who is also pretty fugly on the inside. His fugly wife asks for Cesare to liberate her. (What the?)
He should liberate them both by killing them. Then Lucrezia falls asleep in her own wedding. :D And THIS HAPPENS:
LOL at the Pope and his mistress and this scene actually looking like an epic Da Vinci painting.
…Look at them
And then he returns to the partybut he is not amused by the fugly brother in law.
Meanwhile Juan is being… well Juan. (which is simply kidnapping actresses to enjoy their performance off stage)
The next day Lucrezia goes without saying goodbye to anyone. At least we dont see it. And she meets someone we instantly ship her with. (Anything and anyone is better than the fugly perv she married)
But this boy could dim the pain and unhappiness of her new marriage.
Which we kind of already feel if not know.
She kinda does too.
But she is still brave and hopeful.
But is once again, hurt. I am not going to cap that scene.
But if they kill him I’ll cap that one.
Cesare should liberate his sister if he is going to liberate someone.
I just thought this was reblog material (and really funny). It is not even spoiler-ish. Kudos for clemlin and her awesome caps.
